Alex is immensely passionate about what he does and his natural enthusiasm helped to relax my worries surrounding my lack of fitness when he first started working with me. His knowledge, confidence and attitude are second to none and he is always on hand with good advice .The sessions are always different and very challenging but are rewarding and very effective. With I would highly recommend Accelerate fitness whether you are looking to loose weight, get fit or tone up.
